Personalized Home Maintenance History Digitel Home Passport

  • As part of the program, Smart Service Construction creates and maintains a Digital Home Passport — a living digital record of your property. It may include home measurements, blueprints, interior and exterior photos, service history, warranties, and inspection notes. The Digital Home Passport is updated as changes occur and may be used as supporting documentation when selling the home.

 

Included plan hours apply only to services Smart Service Construction is licensed to perform.If work requires licensed specialists (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC), services are coordinated through trusted, licensed partners.Plan members receive a 3%–10% preferred discount on partner-provided services.

 

What’s Covered in Our Exclusive Packages

Depending on the package you choose, our experts dedicate 3, 4, or 5 hours to comprehensive all-season inspections and the creation of your Digital Home Passport (DHP).

In addition, 7, 8, or 10 service hours are allocated to hands-on home maintenance and repairs — for a total of 10, 12, or 15 hours per year.

Throughout the year, our team meticulously services your home, prepares it for changing weather conditions, and addresses issues as they arise — ensuring consistent care, reliability, and peace of mind.

Spring Maintenance

                •              Cleaning gutters of winter debris

                •              Inspecting the roof for damage post-winter

                •              Examining the foundation and facade for cracks

                •              Checking and servicing external outlets and lighting

                •              Preparing the air conditioning system for summer

                •              Maintaining decks and patios (cleaning, sealing, repairs)

                •              Yard cleanup (as needed)

                •              Inspecting electrical lighting and replacing bulbs

Summer Maintenance

                •              Inspecting and cleaning irrigation systems (if applicable)

                •              Treating wooden structures against pests and moisture

                •              Servicing windows and doors (adjustments, seal replacements)

                •              Monitoring ventilation and checking air conditioning filters

                •              Minor yard repairs (fences, pathways, landscaping)

                •              Inspecting and servicing outdoor lighting

                •              Inspecting electrical lighting and replacing bulbs

Fall Maintenance

                •              Cleaning gutters of fallen leaves

                •              Inspecting and sealing doors and windows

                •              Preparing the heating system for winter (cleaning, testing)

                •              Winterizing irrigation systems and outdoor water features

                •              Inspecting the roof before winter, performing minor repairs

                •              Cleaning and servicing fireplaces and chimneys (if needed)

Winter Maintenance

                •              Monitoring the heating system, inspecting boilers and water heaters

                •              Removing excess snow and ice from roofs (as needed)

                •              Inspecting electrical wiring and circuit breakers

                •              Protecting pipes from freezing

                •              Checking smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

                •              Emergency visits as required

FAQ — Care for Your Home

Q: Does my plan include Priority Service?

Yes. All Care for Your Home packages include Priority Service, which provides preferred scheduling over non-members.

Q: Is Emergency Service included in my plan?

Access to Emergency Service is included, but emergency services are billed separately and are not covered by package hours.

Q: Are emergency hours deducted from my plan hours?

No. Emergency service hours do not reduce your included inspection or service hours.

Q: Can I use my plan hours for specific projects instead of inspections?

Yes. Included hours may be used flexibly, but seasonal inspections remain part of the program.

Q: What if I use all my hours before seasonal visits are completed?

Additional hours may be purchased at a 20% member discount.

Q: Are plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services included?
