These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Smart Service Construction LLC (“SSC”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including the CareUHome program.

By accessing our website, submitting a request, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Smart Service Construction LLC provides home inspection, maintenance coordination, home improvement services, and preventive home care programs, including CareUHome.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and confirmation.

2. Emergency Situations and Third-Party Services

Smart Service Construction LLC does not directly provide emergency repair services.

As part of the CareUHome program, we may assist clients by receiving emergency-related requests, evaluating the nature of the situation, and coordinating or referring licensed third-party service providers who are qualified to perform emergency or urgent repairs.

All emergency or urgent repair services are performed solely by independent third-party providers. These providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, response times, workmanship, and compliance with applicable laws.

Smart Service Construction LLC acts only as a service coordinator and shall not be responsible or liable for the performance, delays, outcomes, or damages related to third-party emergency services.

In all life-threatening or hazardous situations, clients should immediately contact local emergency services (911).

3. Inspections, Estimates, and Recommendations

Any inspections, recommendations, reports, or estimates provided by SSC are based on visible and reasonably accessible conditions at the time of service.

These materials do not constitute engineering, architectural, legal, or warranty guarantees and may not identify all existing or future issues.

4. Scheduling and Property Access

Clients agree to provide accurate contact information and reasonable access to the property for scheduled services.

Failure to provide access or last-minute cancellations may result in delays or rescheduling.

5. Payments

All pricing, fees, and payment terms will be communicated prior to service.

Payment is due in accordance with the agreed terms for each service, inspection, or CareUHome program enrollment.

6. CareUHome Program

CareUHome is a preventive home care and maintenance coordination program designed to help identify potential issues early and provide structured service planning.

Participation in CareUHome does not guarantee that all defects, failures, emergencies, or future damages will be prevented.

Availability of services, including emergency coordination, depends on provider availability and scheduling.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Service Construction LLC shall not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• damages resulting from undiscovered, latent, or future conditions

• actions, omissions, or performance of third-party service providers

• delays or service interruptions beyond our control

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, graphics, logos, designs, and materials are the property of Smart Service Construction LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
